El suministro de especias se realiza según lo acredita la norma BRC Global Food Standard, incluido el APPCC, y la norma BSI ISO 9001 para los sistemas de gestión de calidad.  Tenemos a disposición especias orgánicas certificadas bajo licencia de la Soil Association.  También contamos con especias kósher certificadas. Las especias pertinentes están cubiertas por el programa VALID IT para especias.

    Anti Listeria Agent is a specialist extract from smoke with anti micribial and anti bacterial effects, particularly against Listeria. This can be used in a food environment in contact with foodstuff on packaging, food prior to packaging or food contact surfaces such as rotary blades, where listeria can grow.
