Available as ground paprika or hot smoked paprika in a range of colour strengths.
Colour strength is described in Asta units such as 85 Asta, 120 Asta and so on.
Paprika is also known as Capsicum annuum.  
Other edible members of the Capsicum family include chilli, and bell peppers.
Paprika is availble in different gardes including noble sweet, rose, or half-sweet.
Paprika is certified as free from illegal dyes by UKAS accredited laboratory.
